Apartment rental income

The franchise includes up to 30 residential apartments. Members can share in net rental income after property costs.

Rent from the stores

Trading businesses pay rent for their space. The net commercial rental income adds another source of potential returns.

Profits from the businesses

Members can also share in profits from participating trading companies. Real sales support the opportunity — not rent alone.

The model provides for up to 90% of distributable profits to participating members, subject to the agreements. This is after costs, expenses, tax and necessary reserves. It is not a 90% return on your spending or investment.
