Three sources. One connected network.

Apartment rent. Rent paid by trading companies. Profits from participating businesses. SAMBO members participate collectively across the network, subject to performance and their agreements.

The model provides for up to 90% of distributable profits to participating members — after costs, expenses, tax and necessary reserves. This is not a guaranteed return or a percentage of every purchase.

How to participate & access to funds

Join first. Get verified. Then participate.

  • You must join SAMBO and complete vetting and FICA verification. Only approved and verified members may participate.
  • All property investments are transacted on the FNB Digital platform. You must be registered before proceeding.
  • Member funds are held on the FNB platform and remain accessible through the FNB app, subject to the applicable product terms.
  • Licensed fund managers manage investments. Fund statements and reports are provided to SAMBO members.
