Stratum Private Clients, known as SAMBO, is the membership community through which approved and verified clients may access eligible opportunities across the Stratum network.

Participation is not open without membership. You must first register with Stratum Private Clients (SAMBO), complete the required vetting and FICA checks, and receive approval. You must also be registered on the FNB Digital platform before proceeding with a property investment.

Join Stratum Private Clients

Register through the Stratum Private Clients platform. SAMBO is the member community name used throughout the Stratum network.

Complete verification

Provide the required identity and FICA information. Only approved and verified members may proceed to participation opportunities.

Register on FNB Digital

Property investments are transacted on the FNB Digital platform. Members must be registered there before they can proceed.

Review an opportunity

Review the relevant documents, costs, risks and participation terms before deciding whether an available opportunity is suitable.

How to participate & access to funds

The requirements before any participation begins.

All property investments are transacted on the FNB Digital platform. You must be registered on the FNB Digital platform before you can proceed with any investment.
You must first join Stratum Private Clients (SAMBO) to participate. Participation is restricted to approved and verified members and remains subject to vetting, FICA verification and approval.
All member funds are placed and held on the FNB platform and remain accessible to members through the FNB app.
All investments are managed through licensed fund managers. Fund statements and reports are provided to SAMBO members.

Membership does not guarantee acceptance, access to any specific opportunity or a return. Capital is at risk. All participation remains subject to approval, offering documents, licensed fund-manager processes, applicable agreements and regulation.
