How We Work

Real property wealth, in four simple steps.

We build institutional-grade property developments — and through the SAMBO Digital Platform and FNB, we make it simple for everyday citizens to fractionally own them. Our goal: 100,000 Mini Complexes and 20,000 Mixed-Use developments across Africa.

The ecosystem

Here is exactly how it works.

01

Get verified on SAMBO — secured by FNB

Your security comes first. Before you can participate or view the portfolio, you must be verified on the SAMBO Digital Platform.

FNB-powered verification

Log into the SAMBO Digital Platform and complete your quick FICA/KYC check. It is processed securely by FNB.

Instant activation

Once FNB verifies your profile, your account is activated straight away and you move to the next step.

02

Contribute funds and earn while you wait

Your money starts working immediately — even before a single brick is laid.

From R250 a month

The minimum monthly contribution is R250. It sits inside the FNB Banking App, visible for all to see, before being pooled by the fund manager.

The liquidity sweep

When you contribute funds, they are automatically swept into the secure FNB Horizon Series.

Grow while you wait

Your parked capital earns interest in these income funds, protecting your money from inflation while the community builds momentum.

03

The network is built — and you share in every development

Your pooled funds are put to work across a planned pipeline of 100,000 Mini Complexes and 20,000 Mixed-Use developments. Members share in the profits of all of them.

Profits from the whole network

Members do not choose a single property. Pooling means every member shares in the rental and trading profits of the developments as they are built.

Mini Complexes

High-density residential and retail blocks of up to 30 apartments, serving 4,000 to 6,000 customers per development.

Mixed-Use Developments

Premier commercial hubs with retail shops, medical suites and 200 or more apartments, serving 8,000 to 20,000 customers per development.

04

Asset-backed security and your share of profits

Your wealth is protected through strong corporate and legal structures.

Asset-Backed Notes (ABNs)

When pooled funds reach a development threshold, your capital moves into property-specific corporate notes.

Ceded title deeds

The physical title deeds and rental cash flows of the property are legally ceded to protect members. You hold a preferred, secured claim against the land and buildings themselves.

The 90/10 split

You receive 90% of the net profits, paid into your wallet. The remaining 10% goes to the Luthando Maduna Foundation and Stratum Property Group to manage the buildings and sustain the ecosystem. Profits depend on how each development performs and are not guaranteed.

Top-tier governance

A top-tier global audit firm independently handles the accounting, bookkeeping and secretarial duties for every property business, keeping everything transparent as we grow across countries.

The long-term plan

Built to be listed, one day, on a stock exchange like the JSE.

Property this size deserves a public home. As the network of Mini Complexes and Mixed-Use developments grows across Africa, our plan is to list on a stock exchange such as the JSE.

That would give members a recognised, regulated market for their holdings — the same way large property funds trade today. Every step before that point is designed with that end in mind: clean records, independent audits, ceded title deeds and asset-backed notes.

Any listing remains subject to market conditions, regulatory approvals and final transaction documentation, and cannot be guaranteed.
